The video appointment was easy and convenient. The doctor was courteous and spoke English perfectly. I do speak Italian, but it was fine as he used English.
After my appointment, I received an order for an RX which I printed and took to a farmacia (green cross sign, not blue) and was able to fill my RX.

Ärgerlich war, dass das verordnete Medikament in der Apotheke nicht erhältlich war und wohl in ganz Italien laut Angabe von der Apothekerin und deswegen ein erneuter Kontakt nötig war,mit der verbundenen Besorgnis noch zu meinem Medikament zu kommen.
Aber auch hier war der weitere Ablauf sehr unkompliziert.
