About Dr. Antonio Puccetti, MD
Prof. Puccetti is an experienced Internal Medicine doctor and Immunologist. After graduating in Medicine and earning a doctoral degree in immunology, he moved to the US where he became a research fellow at Tufts University. Then he moved to Boston, MA where he completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Harvard University. His professional interests are broad and cover autoimmune disorders, celiac disease, metabolic diseases and allergies. He is Associate Professor at the Department of Experimental Medicine at the University of Genoa. His research papers have been published in the most prestigious medical journals, such as Nature and The New England Journal of Medicine.

I'll be honest in that I was a bit dubious about using this site, but it was a great. I had a suspected ear infection so I raised the issue using the online Q&A; then received numerous doctor options to choose from; picked my preference and booked a time slot (paying in advance). At the allotted time I went online, discussed my issue with Dr Antonio and after a professional consultation, he then sent me a prescription via email which I used to pick up my drugs at a local pharmacy! The doctor and process was first rate and I thoroughly recommend this service for anyone with similar non-life threatening issues whilst on vacation!
